PROFILE

Dr. Tsz-kit Yim obtained his PhD in East Asian Studies at Princeton University. Previously, he earned his MPhil in Comparative literature and BA (first class honors) in English and Comparative literature at HKU. Currently, he is working on his book project titled Classic Chinese Novels And Global Media Climate: Ecological Form, Affective World-Making and Infrastructural Network. His research interests include: East Asian film and media studies, ecology, affect, gender, infrastructure and transmedial world-building in the age of Sinocene and Anthropocene.
