Experience at MALCS

Studying with MALCS marks the beginning of my 1.5-decade-long - and possibly life-long - academic journey, which has been filled with excitement and pleasant challenges. The comparative approaches and global perspectives I acquired from MALCS have shaped my research focus on environmental reading of texts, and led me to research and teaching opportuniites in various parts of the world. In the spirit of MALCS, I continue to promote greater cultural sensitivity and environmental awareness to the world, through the comparative study of literature, film, art, and culture!
